"We hired RIB for bathroom remodel in our house. Mario was our project manager. As we proceeded with the project, we discovered additional issues with our house that required repair, so we expanded the scope of the project to repair an exterior wall with water damage, apply stucco to the exterior of our entire house, and also replace our existing metal roof with asphalt shingles. The whole project took about 6 month start to end. We are happy with the new beautiful bathrooms, roof and exterior walls built by Mario team. Mario is very responsive to our questions and concerns through out the project. We mainly used Whatsapp to communicate, which is very useful when I didn't have time take phone calls at work. During the main phase of our project, Mario also visited us in person every day, to discuss progress. We appreciate how Mario kept us informed, and also patiently explained many details in remodeling to us, which is important for us when making decisions during our project. There were some period of time where Mario was visiting A foreign country , Even when he was having a time zone difference, he managed to respond to our questions within 24 hours and managed the project remotely. There were some challenges during the project and Mario always made sure that any issues occurred was taken care of. We don't have to worry about mistakes from the construction crew. When testing the shower pan of our new upstairs bathroom, little water leakage occurred and we found that water came out of a light bulb downstairs. Mario had his crew came in about 2 hours , and fixed the water leakage, and also opened the ceiling and walls in the affected areas to ensure that there is no water damage inside before re-sealing them. 2) During the construction of our new roof, the roofer took a misstep and his leg punched a hole in the interior ceiling of our living room. Mario sent his crew to repair our interior ceiling to ensure that the repaired area has the same texture, and repaint"

"The painting work done was excellent. The extent of the wood repairs was more than originally anticipated, but all repairs were needed and were executed well. We decided to replace all of the rain gutters for consistent appearance. We have received numerous compliments from neighbors as they have walked by the house and noted the paint colors and the additional front fencing that we installed rather than repair the original wooden fence. Additionally, Gary Kasabian, the owner, was an essential participant in selecting the final paint colors, ensuring that each color was complementary to the others and provided eye interest without being distracting. He also provided expert advise regarding craftsmen to build the new block/stucco wall along the front of the house and to take down and replace the rain gutters. "I had purchased the Big deal Offer for $89 for 3 hours of kitchen and bathroom caulking and grout restoration.  The first guy that they send out was excellent, the second guy was not as excellent or as detailed but still did the job.  Actually I had them come back do some additional work on the same job.  I really don’t have any complaints and I learned that one needs to be more involved yourself and be on top of things.  I would probably use them again."
