"The technician arrived at the start of the 2 hour window. On time! Very professional. Explained options for dealing with my toilet leak. I chose to replace the toilet and gave him guidlines for the new toilet. He went to Home Depot, acquired the toilet returned promptly and installed it in a timely manner. After which he broke down and explained the itemized charges. After paying for the work thru my credit card, I received an e-mail summary right away...One major concern that I had in hiring Western Rooter & Plumbing was that their technicians had been vaccinated for Covid 19. I had been referred to Western earlier this year by my condo HOA for a common area leak repair in my unit. I was assured by the dispatcher that the technician coming to my condo was vaccinated against Covid. So when I had this toilet leak problem 6 months later that I had to pay for, out of a multitude of plumbing companies, I went back to Western Rooter & Plumbing after receiving the same assurance."

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. I paid him and shuck his hand. I recommend Art for your household plumbing needs. He was excellent."

"After getting different quotations from different construction companies, even Home depot, AGL gives us reasonable pricing options. They did such a good job on remodeling two of my bathrooms we had a special request canceling a door and opening another, and the outcome was amazing. We went from having one bathroom and a half to two full bathrooms. After seeing the amazing job that they did with the bathroom we decided to also remodeling our kitchen with them it was the best decision."

"Tito was referred to us by our contractor and it was a pleasure working with him! We needed an extension for our shower valve. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The communication was EXCELLENT (I can't emphasize this enough!) and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process--we were able to text which was so convenient. While he was here, he explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and how he would be able to fix it. I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home. Tito is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call him in the future if we need his expertise and help!"

"Artur was incredible! He was prompt, responsive and communicated throughout the entire process, from when he would arrive to what he was doing step-by-step. He encouraged me to look up prices he was quoting me for parts and labor online for full transparency, and in general was at or below those costs! He was kind, trustworthy and professional and would not hesitate to call him again for any plumbing issues!"

"My family recently moved Fresno. When we lived in LA we hired Johns Plumbing to install a new water heater. It was 40 gallon Bradford White water heater. John gave a free estimate first. Then his team installed water heater. Victor and his helper worked fast and accurate. We highly recomend Johns plumbing"

"Very pleased with our bathroom remodel! Demolition happened in one day, with careful cleanup when they were done. Installation then went forward with no delays, no waiting for materials or available crew. Excellent communications and supervision throughout the whole project. And the price was reasonable. Awesome experience and our new bathroom is fantastic! We would hire Superior Home Remodeling again for sure!"

"Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. To anyone looking for a repipe of a home or new main line or having drain work done, I definitely recommend contacting Art at Repipe Pro."
