Roy said it wouldn't be too much since they would already be there and one of them could do the toilet while the other put in the water heater. They arrived at about 9 a.m. and got busy. Rory disconnected the old heater, Rory and Roy carried it out to the truck, and Rory installed the new heater while Roy fixed the toilet. In an hour, the new water heater was installed, the toilet was re-set, everything was cleaned up for us, and we did indeed save over $100 from the original estimate of cost for the services. <br />"

"Very prompt with all appointments. After assessing our problems, wrote up an estimate with various options so that we could decide the best solution. We had a leaky hose on our washer, plus corroded shut off handles for the washing machine, water heater, and water supply to our refrigerator. We also needed to replace our water softener that had not been working for a long time. They repaired/replaced all of the handles and hoses for the washer, as well as install a new water softener. We loved that they listened to our needs and presented a variety of options so we could choose the best option for our needs.
