The work was professional throughout. Communication was excellent. Any unexpected problems were dealt with and solved quickly. The cleanup and landscape restoration afterwards was extremely thorough. "I had three different chimney companies come out for estimates, including Bricks. Bricks was the only one that bothered to actually thoroughly inspect my two fireplaces and wide chimney, discovering that one of my dampers was broken and more. The whole chimney needed to be stuccoed because the veneer stone on it was falling apart, and previous owners had covered a lot of it (foolishly) in roof tar. Bricks was the only company that thoroughly explained everything wrong, without using scare tactics. They were nice and patient, and I’m confident if anything goes wrong with the repair, they’d come out to fix it. It was a pricey job, but doing things right is often pricey. Worth it, though."

"Bob was on time, very responsive and the job was done quickly, efficiently and well. I had a fair amount of spot pointing to be done to my 100 year old home, as well as, cement repair and a steel lintel installed above a bathroom window. Bob was great at balancing the time spent on the different sections of the house. For example, the back of my garage wall had some pretty bad spots, but my concern was not with perfection of the look, just keeping water out and the cost down, while the re pointing he did above the windows and in the brick work facing the street he spent more time on to blend in with the preexisting brick and it looks fantastic. His crew was organized, on time, neat and respectful. I am very happy with their work. Thank you Bob and the entire Premier crew."

"I called The Driveway Lady to get a quote and ideas on how to solve a difficult problem with my concrete porch. My home was built in the late 1800s and has a large raised concrete wrap around porch surrounded by beautiful stone walls. Replacement would be prohibitive, but there were some substantial cracks and pitting. It was like walking on an ocean reef, it was so rough, and the repairs made to the cracks wouldn’t hold, but Jean determined that it was otherwise secure with no water penetration below. She suggested they repair the cracks with hydraulic cement and then coat the entire surface with Miracote to seal both the cracks and smooth the surface and protect from future pitting. They worked with me to get the color right when I didn’t like the initial application.  Jean stands by her work and does an outstanding job. The people she has working for her are also courteous, pleasant and easy to work with. I can’t recommend her and her team enough."

"It went great. They were responsive and thoughtful. We have worked with lots of landscapers and designers but their creativity and suggestions were great. We requested a unique design. They had good ideas and honest advice. They were able to help us find a great vision for our space. They had some fun plant ideas and their stonework was great. It was completed before I even noticed. We had some 100 year old stone wall and and they fixed it no problem. It looks like it must've looked when it was first built. The stone work was a great and valuable restoration of a space that has a meaningful historic look. They were punctual and deliberate. I interacted with 6 staff members in total and they were all friendly and knowledgeable. Modern billing options. Text Messaging, Email, or Calling were all options with quick responses. I would hire again, but with our low maintenance lawn and garden, I don't think we'll need much help until our next big project. I know they are available though."
