Now that we've used the door many times since the installation, we can attest to its ease of use, especially the dead-bolt safety feature at the door's bottom that operates with an easy touch of a shoe. We talked to three different firms regarding our exterior back door, which was an old, leaky French door, which didn’t actually work well in the space because it was too narrow. The firms all quoted us similar prices, but Nova Exteriors gave us the best overall design solution for that particular space (a wider single door with a sidelight and a really nice storm door). The gentleman who developed this design just clearly had the best overall feel for the room and knew the products really well and could match the most appropriate solution for that space. We also were removing a iron gate over the old door, and Nova Exteriors handled that without any issues - they did not have to call a secondary contractor. Overall they were very easy to deal with and very efficient."

"I had four sliding glass doors replaced. Most companies were pre-set on the one or two options they would sell me. Windows on Washington (Zach) took the time to measure and discovered all of my doors were a non-standard size by 4" each, which I independently verified (star 1 for WoW). Then they offered several options, to include competitive pricing on a competing bid (star 2 for WoW). Ultimately we "settled" on low maintenance 5-point locking doors with exterior keyed locks, which only WoW offered as an option (star 3 for WoW). For the installation they worked around the unusually rainy season and our schedule to get them installed. We knew we had wood rot in the old door frame, but they (Young Kim and crew) also repaired part of the housing structure at no additional cost (star 4 for WoW). Finally, they offered us 12-months with Zero percent financing (star 5 for WoW). We did have a few issues along the way, but once I communicated with WoW they (Cathy Mejia) were incredibly helpful and worked to make things right... what more could anyone ask for? I WILL BE using them again to replace the front door and a few other items on my fixer upper. I HIGHLY recommended this team!"
