They did not do an in home assessment of the items to move and I did my best to accurately provide the details. The final to total was over $800 more than the estimate. It was also hard to plan because we did not get a specific day/time until 48 hours before the move. I would have preferred to have that identified from the beginning and also would have liked a closer estimate to the actual cost."

"Extremely pleased. There approach to long distance moving is the best idea. They leased a vehicle specifically for my move from Virginia to Mississippi. I wasn’t a part of a tractor trailer load carrying multiple families furniture. Because of this they arrived when they said would in three days. The crew unloaded our furniture, dropped off the truck near an airport and flew home. It’s brilliant. They packaged my pictures and other delicate items with such care nothing got even a scratch. The only problem I encountered was having to get rid of 15 large bags stuffed with all the packing paper I was left with after I unwrapped and unpacked everything. They don’t recycle in the area I moved to so it was a problem but one I was pleased to have had. Thank you Call the Movers for making something I was totally panicked about go so smoothly."

Jeff, the owner, was very professional with good follow up and pricing. Movers arrived early within time frame given. We where able to purchase tape and extra moving supplies directly from them as needed. The actual move time using 2 men was 3hrs. "I called Campbell Moving and set up an appointment for a representative to come by our house two days later to provide us with an estimate for a multi-stage move. I needed some furniture moved into storage almost immediately, and other furniture would be moved into another residence several weeks in the future. The estimate was very detailed and I thought it was very reasonable so I schedule the first move for the following week. Joel and Juan showed up right on time and they meticulously padded and packed all of our furniture going into storage. They moved the furniture into the truck quickly and efficiently, and then travelled 2.5 hours to our storage unit. They loaded up the storage unit and carefully organized the furniture to maximize the use of the space within the storage unit and also facilitate the relocation of some furniture to an apartment while our new home is being built. Every aspect of our initial move went flawlessly! The initial meeting for an estimate was scheduled at our convenience and on short-notice. The move was also scheduled on very short notice to accommodate our schedule. Our furniture was padded and wrapped to make sure that no damage would occur. The packing of the truck went quickly and smoothly as did the unpacking at our storage unit. Joel and Juan were polite and professional throughout the day.
