"Eddie and Simon were extremely responsive, professional, competitively priced and did outstanding work. We're renovating our home and my existing front steps were the original stones from 1923. The mortar was cracked and trapping water against the house causing water damage. Further they simply looked very dated. I called Eddie and Simon who stopped by my house within 24 hours. "We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible.
