"Kelvin called right away to see how his company could help me resolve my issue with the garage door. He sent Gilmer out the same day look at the damage done and provide an estimate. "Rodney and Malcolm (?) were great. I called and got voicemail in the morning but didn’t leave a message. An hour or so later, before I called back. Rodney called me using his missed calls log. They came by for an estimate within the hour, we agreed that the Angie’s List special would be the way to go, and Rodney and Malcolm stayed and got it done immediately. My new go-to guy for junk removal."

"the repair went Very well"

"The refinishing of the floors went without a hitch. Our house has four sets of stairs that have 6 landings and all of the stairs were carpeted when the house was built. When Tony's team took up the carpet on the stairs we discovered that the builder had made the steps and risers of white wood but the landings were press board which would look terrible painted.  Tony and his team then had to install 6 small floors, one on each landing, before the painting could proceed.  Once the floors were installed the steps and railings were painted but in doing so we discovered that  the sides of the steps need repainting because of the carpet removal. Tony's team then returned to repaint the sides of the steps. Tony and his team members are professional and courteous and are very customer focused and as a result will do whatever is needed to make sure the customer is satisfied.
