"Great, Dave stayed within our budget and our addition looks like it was part of a whole new home construction. We were really impressed with Dave Kinsella's design concepts and the workmanship was high quality even though we were on a tight budget. Dave comes from a big family so he understands money and time constraints plus he wants his projects to look as aesthetically pleasing to his clients as possible. We would definitely hire Dave again."

"Jessa was wonderful to work with! She explained the process in a way I could understand, was prompt with communications and I actually enjoyed it. She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. I'm glad they didn't hurry us because as a family we did not agree on certain details quickly. Love our forever home and so glad we chose the right place for the design and drafting."

"John put in a new door leading upstairs--he had to build the frame and install it; it's a perfect fit. He built wonderful custom shelving that is very artfully done--with subtle "notched" connections that make it look very professionally done. John also built us some custom shelving in our garage, and they're so beautiful, we want them to be in our house! I'd use John again in a heartbeat--the man knows how to build things, and he does quickly, efficiently, and beautifully. Well worth the money, and one of the best contractor experiences I've had in New England (and I've had a lot!!). ;)"

"They did an excellent job. They came in when they said they were going to, they used very good materials, they came in and they were highly professional, they didn't leave a mess behind them. They were very efficient and very professional. My was home two days while they were working on it and they had no problems answering questions. He had some specific concerns about one of the roofs and the cables of the house and they were able to answer the questions. They were very good. They seemed to understand special towns you should get with working on an older home. Our house is from the 1890s and they have their own personality, there are folks who worked with us directly and not Brian who is the manager but the actual workers. You can tell this was a team that was used to build old houses if you needed any special care and they certainly understood and they did a great job. It was expensive but in this case, the cliche you get what you pay for. It was expensive but I think at the end of the day there was value in the price we paid."

"Very creative and easy to work with. He designed our kitchen and deck add-on, as well as the landscaping. We have used his services for many years and recommend him without reservation."
