"The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. If I could give them 10 stars I would. GREAT JOB!!"

"Absolute integrity, professional and knowledgeable. Answered all questions, promptly calls back any phone inquiries. Not even a nail or screw found on grounds after they cleaned up debris. Roof installed in one day. Prior to my new roof being installed I had leaks caused by my solar panels. Corey was my initial contact; Michael was the job-site supervisor. They really listened while I expressed my concerns about the solar company ( which caused the leaks in my roof initially) again not sealing my roof adequately. Corey, who was aware of this through his initial inspection and showed us the pictures he took which detail this, offered and did, indeed, return after the solar panels were reinstalled on the new roof. "They start this Monday installing an entire wall on the north west side of my 2 story home, also the north wall had asbestos shingles about ten of them had to be removed to put a new window in with cement replacements that match the asbestos. They were very quick coming to my home to look over damage from fire in October 2024, they were very professional and honest good guys I am very happy with all that they are doing to help put my home back together. I am 72 years old I use to do this kinda of work and I can tell who's ok or a dud these guys have it together on the ball I feel like I have a lot of weight off my shoulders .I'm not able to handle doing this kinda work anymore because of my age. "ETC came within a day to assess the damage to our kitchen. We received a quote within 24 hours. 4 large pieces of Sheetrock were removed from the ceiling, replaced, taped, spackled & painted. We also chose to add crown molding, which they provided the materials for. Along with the repairs, the entire kitchen needed to be painted due to Sheetrock removal & replacement. The kitchen pantry closet needed a complete rip out of sheetrock and insulation and replacement. As this project required sanding and repeated spackling, ETC did a good job at containing the dust to the work area.  They also thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the entire area and removed all debris.  The painting was phenomenal and at less than half the price we paid a number of years ago with another contractor.  The painting also included repairing any walls which had existing blemishes.  ETC worked continuously through a 6 day period. They were prompt, explained the repairs and provided ideas on paint and closet design (as we wanted as much usable space as possible).  They provided a large paint sampler and all the supplies needed for all repairs.  This is our second time hiring ETC for our home.  Thumbs up, we are very pleased with their work."
