"Long review but worth read! Experience and completed work deserved more than one or two sentences. I am so glad that my friend recommended Tim's Drywall Repair and Painting. We had a water leak in our attic and needed new insulation, new ceiling & wall drywall installed, door trim & base boards placed back, and everything painted. Tim came to check out what work was needed the morning after I called him. He even pointed out some work that was needed on the connecting bathroom's ceiling and bedroom's ceiling & wall. Tim was very thorough with explained what would be done and how. I opted for the closet and bathroom issues to be repaired and painted. Tim guaranteed that his crew could get it all taken care of in three days. They began the following week. After the first day's work was completed, I asked if I could add on painting the walls in a new color in the bedroom with the wall repair as a surprise for my husband. Tim said it wouldn't be a problem, said that it would still fall in the timeline and gave a satisfying quote. Day two, he showed up with his crew to explain what needed to be added, and it was suggested that I get the bedroom ceiling repaired also while they were there. I agreed. I am beyond thrilled with the process and outcome of the job. The cost was reasonable, and I never felt pressured into getting more work done than I initially wanted. Tim, Sabas, Hector, and Teresa were polite, friendly, efficient, and did a great job. They also made sure that my floors were covered to avoid getting ruined and cleaned up any mess during and after the job. Tim was excellent at communication. He assured me that I was welcome to call with questions & concerns at any time. Everything was complete in the three days. My husband was surprised and so thankful that I had the crew take care of the bedroom. Tim also followed up a couple of days later to make sure we were still happy with the work and asked if we needed anything. We already know what other rooms we will hire them for in the future. "In a word - Spectacularly‼️??❤️ The company owner, Phillip Osoria and his entire crew are all pros at what they do. They also really seem to enjoy working with each other as they talk, joke and laugh with each other all the while keeping the efficiency and quality of their work superb. During the preparation phase they moved and covered all necessary furniture, equipment and other items. At the end of each day they always cleaned up and removed their equipment. At the end of the job all items that had been moved/covered were returned to their original places. We have a 2,700 sq ft single story home in Covington and had the home built 24 years ago by a very well respected builder. The original painting looked good but we must say that the job Northshore just completed looks much better, something we weren’t expecting. The rooms painted were foyer, great room, hallway, dining room, kitchen/breakfast area and the master bedroom & bath. There was a fair amount of drywall repair needed mainly to cover holes where no longer needed items had been mounted to the wall. Three or four places were as large as a double or triple light switch plate and now you would never know that anything had been there - really amazing! And, as with any 24 year old home there were the normal ceiling and crown molding hairline cracks, but not anymore. Finally, we got quotes from 2 other highly rated (but not as high as Northshore) Angie’s List contractors and Northshore’s quote was $1,000 to $2,000 lower. Northshore’s quote was also within $25 of what the insurance adjuster’s written estimate showed. Go with Phillip and Northshore. You won’t be disappointed??"
