"We have two six-foot wide sliding mirror doors for our upstairs closet that have never really slid easily in the nine years we’ve lived here. One of the wheels (that guide the door on a rail on top) broke making it near impossible to open or close. As a home-repair klutz, I knew better than to tackle a deceptively simple job like this. Replacing a wheel on a huge mirrored door – what could go wrong, right? So I called One Man and A Toolbox and asked for our favorite go-to guy – Henry. We’ve used Henry on so many jobs (see our other reviews), always with great outcomes and expert-level workmanship. Henry reasoned that if one wheel was bad, all four wheels most likely needed replacing. He was right. For the first time in nine years both mirrored panels now slide easy-peasy -- with the use of only a finger. Seriously."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"We also resurfaced the cabinets in our kitchen. His craftsfmanship was outstanding. He was extremely conscientious, matched the color perfectly. This was done with new wood doors instead of particle board doors as well. Cost $600. <br /> We had a major leak from the water company. Mr. Hawkins came out at night, fixing it. $Cost $90. <br /> He is an outstanding craftsman who is totally honest. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Mr. Chavez is a jack of all trades!  Great work at a price NOBODY can beat.  He and his crew showed up on time both days and got the job done ahead of schedule.  Pressure washing job made the exterior of the house like new.  In fact, I saved hundreds of dollars because the whole-house pressure wash includes a gutter cleaning.  He's a skilled painter as well.  Painted five rooms, installed new baseboards, and did a little tile work all in the same day.  You will be hard pressed to find anyone else who can do this quality of work at a better price. <br /> Everything Outdoors has my highest recommendation for any exterior or interior repair work you may need.  Great job, Mr. Chavez!  Thanks for all your hard work. <br />"

"Jason came out and gave us an estimate in June. The work was to be done in 2 phases. The first phase involved putting stops on the kitchen drawers and replacing all of the hardware. Jason called and texted me daily to let me know what time to expect him on days that work was planned. He arrived on time and cleaned all of his stuff before leaving at the end of the day. He also tiled around the fireplace. He stained the wainscoting and brought samples of the colors for us to choose the one that we wanted. For the second phase he was to install a kitchen sink, but was unable to do the plumbing, and we had to get a plumber to install the pipes. He finished the tile in the kitchen and installed a new range hood. We are very satisfied with him and the quality of his work. He's also a nice guy. <br />"

"My wife and I are very pleased with our bathroom remodel. MLM also added a closet to our den. The work would have been done ahead of schedule except that the supplier of the moldings for the closet addition was closed longer than expected for Mardi Gras. The only other scheduling issue was that the tile subcontractor showed up unexpectedly one day. The tile subcontractor was also not very communicative; but, the quality of the work was very good. The fabrication and installation of the glass shower enclosure was done by another subcontractor (I believe it was M&M Glass). Their work was also very good and they even tightened the door handle on the shower in our other bathroom. They did have to come back to add more silicone to the base of the shower wall after we noticed water leaking under it. But, they made the repair quickly (even before the date they initially gave). The main MLM crew that did the rough-in work and carpentry was very efficient. They were easy to deal with and answered any questions we had about the work. MLM provided daily updates of the work and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. MLM's cost estimate was less than the one other estimate we received. It was also much more detailed. Overall, we are very happy with the remodel and would use them again."

"The salesman Neil is great in the products and service that he sells. He promises to inspect the windows when they are completely installed to make sure that we were completely satisfied and that the job was done to perfection. Once we signed on the dotted line and paid him a check we never heard from him again. We had several different installers before the job was finished. They weren't prompt nor did they call to let you know they were going to be late or one time just didn't show up. They are extremely sloppy and messed up some of the trim on the outside of the house. The office staff is nice and tries to be helpful but they aren't the installers."

"They were on-time and cleaned up when they were done. Mr. Stevenson was very helpful and came with his workers to make sure they were doing a good job.They fixed the door to my attic better than it was before.  I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends."
