He also wasn’t present during the installation. To ensure clarity, I had Jack Rabbit’s engineer/salesperson speak with him by phone. It was clear the salesperson was more concerned with defending his ego than engaging in an honest, informed discussion. What should have been a straightforward and respectful transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal marked by poor communication, broken promises, and a lack of integrity and money out the window. Now that we’ve paid thousands of dollars, to include a one-year service agreement, I find myself asking: do I even dare have them come back? Can I trust them to do right by us? Sadly, they already have our money, and based on this experience, I have little confidence they’ll stand behind their work. If you’re considering this company, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Reputation means nothing without integrity, and based on my experience, Jack Rabbit does not stand behind their word or their work.
