He explained the issues involved and gave options for approaches to fixing the problems. He was flexible in arranging a time when my tenant could give him access to electricity and water. Contractor showed up to the job with one additional workman on time. Did a very nice job, and cleaned up well afterwards. He even fixed up a few spots needing additional concrete to fill gaps, and while he was at it, he provided estimates for repairs on rear steps, as well as some further touch-up work to restore the finish to some main wall brick area. Steve, the owner/operator is a gentleman, and a very straightforward and down-to-earth person. He's easy to work with, and I highly recommend him for masonry work."

"A contractor true to his word and one who kept in contact with you to let you the status of the job. If he was going to be 15 minutes late he always called and let me know. The work was done the correct way and showed thought that other contractors didn't put into doing my job. He wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive price I got. The cheapest guy never showed up when he was suppose to do the job. Probably because the job couldn't be done that cheaply and he realized it. The highest price guy was probably correct in that price because it took 1 1/2 days. I almost gave Alta the extra $."
