"Ryan, sales mgr explained and answered all my questions, as well as explaining why the cost could go up due to a design problem that caused water to pool on the roof. Turns out that the fix had to change the look of my house! I told Bill, the carpenter on the team, that it was important to maintain my home's unique character. He came up with an idea that while it did change the look, it kept all the mid-century charm that I love. More importantly, the work done by the crew was excellent. I was able to watch them work. They were all business and efficiency. Bill installed 2 new skylights, and Ryan suggested a modification to allow even more light to come in. The crew was super clean and left my backyard in better shape than when they came. I feel that Ryan and Bill listened to everything I said and did not discount a word. "The people who can in to do the work did a good job. I think. They asked that they be allowed to take out all the screens( metal ones) on the gutters, I just felt I should have had some time to research this before I it was done. I was busy and just need the gutters cleaned ,so I gave a go ahead. Now I don't know what to expect in the coming months. Should I get new screens or no screens at all..I think it would have been helpful if they had give some recommendation about the next step for the gutters upkeep.."
