From start to finish everything was perfect - I cannot remember the last time I said that about any contractor.  They started and finished on time even though we had bad storms moving through the area multiple times.  The owner, Roger is extremely conscientious about the work being done as well as making sure the customer is happy.  The price was more than fare and the end result was beautiful.  The crew was very polite and very neat and VERY hard working.  It is obvious throughout the whole process that Roger takes pride in his work and it looks like it.  I wish I could remember all of the little things that Rodger and his crew did that were not in the contract and not required but they paid attention to every detail!!  We already have an estimate for more work next spring and told Roger to expect a call.  I only wish that Roger did interior work as well because he is a perfectionist and a pleasure to work with.

"Mark was prompt in answering my call and came out to see the tree within 2 days. He was very knowledgeable in his assessment of the tree's health. He didn't think the tree needed to be taken down, just needed extensive trimming. He gave me a quote at that time and we agreed to go forward. Mark provided his certificate of insurance later that day. He and his crew came out the following day and completed the job both professionally and timely. They also hauled away all the debris.
