Darren respected our privacy, cleaned up after each day, and demonstrated a high quality attitude and approach to the work. Based on the initial work, we asked Darren to make some small repairs, which led to repair or a skylight leak, which led to painting , which led you to multiple rooms of painting, which led to the installation of a new gas cooktop, which led to some electrical lighting replacement. "The team at PZ Construction is extremely thorough. Paul (the owner) performed an inspection which included both the outside of the house and accessible attic spaces. He provided the most detailed estimate of any of the contractors which included descriptions and materials for each phase of work. The crew was very diligent during the project and performed a daily cleanup of all waste material, etc. All of the copper work is done on site and the team provided picture updates of the various stages of work. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work performed and will likely use PZ for any future needs."

"Ronnie came out to look at the job and knew immediately why the window had cracked. The price to replace it was very reasonable and the replacement was completed in less than half an hour. Ronnie also went above and beyond in explaining the different types of glass I could use and tested the adjoining windows to make sure they were low E-glass, which is what he recommended for the picture window. My only criticism is the communication with the office. It took longer than expected to get a return call."
