"Called Seigmans Forced Air and explained that my regular HVAC company would not return my calls and my A/C was now down for three days. Seigman's sent a technician (Chris) within 4 hours. He diagnosed the problem and found that the fan motor in the condenser was bad. They had to order a new one and it arrived two days later. As soon as it arrived at Siegmans the service manager brought it to our house, as Chris was already here disassembling the condenser so the fan motor could be installed. Siegmans was responsive, professional and solved our problem quickly. They were also able to replace the fan motor and a capacitor under the manufacturer's warranty. I highly recommend this company."
