"Perea Brothers does quality work and are pleasant to work with. We asked them to repair two gates in poor condition from the original homeowner, and Gerardo came up with a much better solution, rebuilding as needed to provide gates that better suit our needs. We couldn’t be happier and we will be hiring again."

"Caleb is amazing, he was very professional from the start, and helpful through out the job. He built my new fireplace with brick and finished it with a nice touch. I would recommend him for any stone work or brick work. He was very easy to deal with Campari’s to people I have felt with in the past."

"This is the 2nd project that Dan and his crew did for us. The first was a beautiful deck. This was a demo of the stone around our existing gas fireplace with new stone work around the new fireplace. He also installed a massive live edge beetle kill pine mantle. The result was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Dan is very conscientious and reliable. The cost was also very reasonable. We are very happy with the outcome."

"Ross and his team were so thorough every step of the way - planning, design, plant & tree options, hardscape options, sprinkler system - every detail. He stayed true to the quoted time line and checked in along the way. We still call on him for any needs or changes we have had over the last couple of years. Would highly recommend!!"

"Excellent work, completed quickly, would recommend Top Notch Landscaping and Concrete."

"Sam did a great job taking down an old chimney and tuck pointing another one. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Communication was great."

"Zach was punctual, courteous, and surveyed and completed restoration of a breached stone retaining wall in just a few hours. Landscape looks great again!"

"Tony Bustemonte is a reliable, hard-working perfectionist. The mortar on our brick chimney and the brick face on the lower level of our house had deteriorated badly. The entire project had to be drilled or chipped out and replaced. This was a tedious and time-consuming job. He stuck to it and was a stickler for perfection. I am so happy we chose him to do the job. Additionally, even his cleanup on the last day was thorough. Very professional."

"Sean was superb, the repaired flooring was 100% seamless and looks great! Sean did an amazing job designing and installing my dream kitchen backsplash, using purple glass tiles, the results are beautiful. Would highly recommend Sean for any tile or flooring work, he is a genius with tile!"

"Very professional and they get the job done with high quality standards."
