They improved upon the previously placed edging by straightening out lines, raising the height, and using appropriate materials. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the three trees I wanted trimmed back. During the job, he made a few suggestions that would help with final appearance and didn't charge me for the extra cuts. I wanted to keep the larger limbs to burn in my woodstove and told Stephen I would cut them into manageable lengths. Well, guess what. He cut them into wood stove lengths for me. "The provider arrived on time to look at the fence and explained in detail what he believed needed to be done.  Beside the cost of the maintenance package I  purchased, he recommended a new post on another section of the fence.  The cost was reasonable so I had him install the new post.  
We agreed on a date to complete the work and he arrived on time and left the area neat and clean when he was done.  The completed job looked much better than I had expected!
Very professional and I would use his services again.
