"Dan originally came to our house to give us an estimate for a sliding patio door. As we were talking, we decided to have him measure the upstairs windows and give us an estimate for those, too. The rooms upstairs were a good 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house because of the windows. The storm windows were rotted and did not seal.  Due to weather, Dan installed our windows a little later than expected, but did call to let us know about the scheduling. He said he would call the day after Christmas to schedule installation and did just that.  He arrived on time and did the installation quickly (by himself) and showed us the features on the new windows. He even came back the following day (a Saturday) to check and replace some insulation in one window that we were concerned about.  He said would come back to check the remaining windows.  The windows are wonderful and have made a huge difference in the temperature of the bedrooms.  Dan is very professional, and we WILL be calling him again to replace the rest of our windows, and the patio door!! Highly recommend Dan! <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
