"Scott MARTIN and his son came to our house a 1800 square-foot ranch and sanded and refinish the Hard wood floors. they were water damaged ,when they finished one week later the floors were beautiful that was over a year ago and they ARE still Outstanding. "I would have given him 5 stars, but had to do one star instead. I accidentally stepped on an area of my floor which looked dry (as the rest of my floor was), and left some footprints. He said he could come to "fix" the next day. marks were still there. looked like nothing had been fixed. poly wasn't spread correctly from the hallway to our bedroom, leaving it looking smeared, and he never came back to fix the prints after many texts to him.. $971 I paid and i expected much better results. i would not hire again....."

Never finished husband's bath and bailed on the other. No refund issued, owes me $1600! His contract Is a joke, has incorrect address. If a contractor is available when you ask beware. All the good ones are booked."
