"Company owners showed up at the agreed date and time.  They did a thorough walk around, asked what seemed to me to be the appropriate questions, and gave me an estimate on the spot.  They told me I would be contacted by their scheduler to arrange for the work crew to come do the work.  They thoroughly explained the process to be used and the precautions that would be taken to protect my property.
 A couple of days later the scheduler called to ask if their crew could come in a couple of hours since they had finished another job earlier than expected.  The crew did its work in about two hours completely to my satisfaction.  They did a good job of cleaning up the fairly small mess they had made and I am extremely satisfied with their work.

For estimate, RW immediately responded and was fair - in line with other quotes - but his knowledge and recommendations to solve the problem sold us! Scheduled and crew arrived on time and went right to work. Cleaned up work site and were very professional and polite. After cure, we tested to ensure water runoff worked properly and found outlet needed to be expanded - RW immediately came out and poured the extra area without complaint!
