"He was very nice and polite. He told me that this is their busy time and it wouldn't be worth it to get him out there during the Summer for such a small job. I asked what the cost would be if I had him out during his slow time in the Winter and he said $800 minimum. He was polite and I had no problems with our call, but the only reason I called was because his description specifically stated "affordable" and "no job is too small". My job was definitely too small and it was not affordable. He mentioned it was a $500 minimum for a concrete truck to come out. My job could be completed with a 20-40 lb bag, no need for a concrete truck at all. He referred me to Craiglist."

"Scheduled a week later than initially planned. Were professional, personable, clean and thorough. Did destroy two small azaleas but I don't know really what to expect.. Had to go back and forth over mail to get an invoice that reflected the Angie List discount that was listed. Did a very good job. Concrete did crack in two different places within 2 weeks but I guess it is to be expected with the ground we have around here. They did put in rebar which was not there before. "Company owners showed up at the agreed date and time.  They did a thorough walk around, asked what seemed to me to be the appropriate questions, and gave me an estimate on the spot.  They told me I would be contacted by their scheduler to arrange for the work crew to come do the work.  They thoroughly explained the process to be used and the precautions that would be taken to protect my property. <br />  A couple of days later the scheduler called to ask if their crew could come in a couple of hours since they had finished another job earlier than expected.  The crew did its work in about two hours completely to my satisfaction.  They did a good job of cleaning up the fairly small mess they had made and I am extremely satisfied with their work. <br />"
