"Its been some time since I hired this company for service. I just kept forgetting to write a review. They was prompt to contact me to schedule my cleaning. They arrived at the agreed time and was very nice. It was the owner and his son that did my cleaning. I had a couple other companies shampoo in the past, trying to get some pet stains and odor up. The other companies did a good job, but their disinfectants didn't do much for the stains and odor. Immaculate Carpet Cleaning got my pet stains out and killed most of the odor problem that I had.
