"Very reasonable price. I had an 80' long retaining wall built to level off my property and protect my foundation. He and another worker came out on the 2 hottest days we've had and knocked it out. He used good quality materials and has his own equipment to handle this size job. He and his worker were both very polite and respectful to me and my property. They cleaned up at night and tried to minimize the impact of their work to the rest of my property. This is someone to remember for other projects. Thanks Eric!!"

"After meeting and getting quotes from 6 other contractors we felt most confident and comfortable choosing Cretec Concrete. Spencer was very prompt meeting with us and delivered a quote the next business day. We knew aster discussing our needs his company would be the right fit. Our project consisted of a complete demolition of existing concrete patio, removal of grass and regrading the area to accommodate a new drainage channel. I had trouble getting details from Shannon as he went on vacation while the work was being done. Part of the problem was that the original bid included 4" of concrete and 4" of base.  The sub only bid 4" of concrete and 2" of base.  This was brought to the attention of Shannon office and the contract was reduced  to the amount finally paid.  I probably would not use them again as I did all of my contact with the Sub and could of saved any profit to Shannon who only gave me the first bid and then paid the sub.

The end result was that I was pleased with the work done and feel that the price was reasonable. The work was done in a timely manner and I am happy with the results

"I met with Mariano and he gave me a quote right on site. He had to delay the start of the project due to the heavy rains but that was understandable. I was out of town while he did the work but he called to check in when he had a question. When I got home Mariano called me to remind me to water the new lawn, which I thought was great customer service. I was very satisfied with the job they did and will definitely use them again in the future."
