They were able to color match the color of my gutter and fascia so perfectly I cannot even tell it was recently repaired. The shingles have also settled like they said they would and were very through about cleaning up after the work was complete. "i LOVE these guys. it kinda feels like the customer service i used to get back in the 60's and 70's. there was a wind "storm" that came through my neighborhood a while back. i faired pretty good but about 25-30 shingles blew off. i called ruddy's and they showed up pretty quick. mister ruddy had knee surgery, so his son showed up. he told me the roof was ok except for the shingles that blew off. he didn't have the type or color of shingle i needed and told me he would return at a later time. (this is where the service goes from good to fantastic)....the son tells me he doesn't trust the weather and does some kind of temp job on that tarpaper stuff and says he will return. talk about a good call. i had three good rain storms before he returned for the repair. i got the before and after pictures. the price was fair and i couldn't be happier with the final outcome. FINALLY.....the trifecta of a business. price, service, and professionalism (and just basically fun folks)"
