"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "They showed up when they said they would. The installers were great. I had several rooms done and spent $16K. The wood floor and vinyl is good quality and I have no complaints. I had issue with the carpet installed. It was a short textured carpet, not as dense as I thought it would be. It shows every foot print (including tread marks) and every wheel mark from the vacuum indefinitely. The carpet has no memory and does not rebound after being walked on. It's like stepping in mud where every footprint is preserved. I expressed my concern, but they said it was normal. I first heard several excuses and was told after a month it would relax and look better. Then they inspected it and told me it was the light from the windows making it look that way. Finally, they made me an offer to replace it if I bought two more rooms and a stairway in addition, but the total price was still more expensive than the competition. I ended up getting a higher quality of carpet elsewhere for less money."
