Generally I do the work myself. I do use subcontractors, and part time employees mainly because I cannot do all the work myself in a timely fashion. I do general contracting and manage the job so that you get the quality you deserve. I do not offer financing. I do apply down payments to signed estimates ( Quotes). and I never take all the money until the job is completed.

my company is small, just me, depending on the size of the job, will determine the need for a extra set of hands or two. I use subcontractors for the following, Elec., Plumbing, and heating and cooling, for which I am not licensed for, if permits are required. As for permits, I can pull other necessary permits if required. I am licensed and insured, My Michigan Builders License #2101193216. I don't charge for estimates, and give 10% discount for Angie's List Members, and Senior citizens. I am very honest and will give a fair price. I will be on the job from start to finish, as I always complete started job before moving onto the next.

JT Exteriors is a CertainTeed Shingle Master Company and has two full-time crews staffed with CertainTeed Shingle Master Certified employees. We offer 24/7 emergency services ranging from wind damage to trees fallen on roofs. We also work hand in hand with several contractors in the area and always welcome more.
