The first time we saw the owner is when Jersey roofing started our job on the site, and he is such a nice, humble and professional guy. The on-site job supervisor resolved any questions we had, very agreeable communication. 2. Very hardworking team as a whole. Their workers showed up around 8AM in the morning as expected on time and worked until 7PM in the afternoon, then finished the cleaning even though they were exhausted. They have been working so hard to get the job done, and we really felt touched by their hard work. We tried our best to tip them well to show our appreciation. Since so many workers worked together, it is understandable that sometimes they may miss something, but they fixed it right away when you told them. They do not mind if you sit outside the whole day to make sure that they did not miss something. 3. Nice cleaning job after work done. They cleaned the job site very well. 4. Very good after-sales experience. We had broken vent and painting job for gale vent unfinished, called Ervis who talked to the owner Bruno came next day to fix them. Very smooth communication and let us fix it if you have any problem. 4. Lifetime warranty. Many people had some skeptical opinions about warranty, but based on our research, 50 years of workmanship warranty means a lot because the company has to build enough credit in terms of quality of work, communication, professionalism to maintain the platinum status with the Owen or GAF shingle company and Home Advisor website.
