"It went great so happy with the job they're expertise and professionalism is unsurpassed the best explanation Manny is my new go to contractor for my exterior work I had been renovating old houses for 40 yrs and never had a job done so smoothly and expertly. I am very picky and intentional in my renovation and they did a superb job! I highly recommend Manny and his team."

"They were professional about communication and replacement of my roof. It had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to bad weather, and they kept me informed ahead of time about it. They were fast, and cleanup after the replacement was also well done."

"Home Genius and their siding crew + management (Taylor) were spectacular. My house which was built in the 90s looked extremely outdated even for its time. We got brand new vinyl siding, all white trim, and black gutters installed. Itâ s a night and day difference that canâ t be beat. All I can say is thank you HOME GENIUS EXTERIORS!!! We are over the moon."

"Was contacted promptly upon expressing interest and contractor visited my home within a couple of days to discuss options and pricing. Price quote I received was fair and competitive, work commenced on time as promised and was completed in a single day. Crew worked efficiently and left property very clean upon completion. Overall a great experience from start to finish and I would not hesitate to hire this group again for future projects."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Any minor tweaks required or requested were met with prompt action to ensure the project was completed to expectations. We recommend URS for any exterior renovations. TY."

"Impeccable craftsmanship from Tom & Matt, who painted my 100-yr-old Craftsman and detached garage. You can't even tell where they replaced a piece of rotten siding with a section of new siding -- it's that seamless. The cut isn't visible until you're about 8 inches away and know exactly where to look. These guys changed the entire look of my house with their exacting standards and unique color design ideas."

"Dory performed an excellent job He communicated well throughout the install He is a pleasure to deal with"

"Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The installation was fast and professional. I would recommend Simple Home Improvements to anyone looking to update their home."

"My last project they performed was to replace my Vinyl Siding. Better looking than we could imagine. They have also re house, installed windows and siding. No issues with this company, quick to respond to all my questions"
