The whole process from start to finish was done nicely in steps to make the process smooth and easy for me as a home owner to plan around and I was informed during each completed process to be sure I was happy first before they continued. Northland’s online estimate tool was also a plus as I was able to build a close estimate to what I actually was quoted at the end! My project was completed in the winter which I was hesitant since I wasn’t sure how well or quickly they would complete my fence due to the possible cold/snow storms but they were able to get my fence up within a reasonable timeframe and it looks great!! Not to mention the awesome discount i got for completing my project in the winter!! My only negative is not doing it 5 years ago when I first purchased this home due to the fear of cost, time and stressful process since i live on a busy corner lot just to realize how easy it was with Northland and wasting away 5 years of my yard!!"

"The only problem I saw was the barb wire was not straight on a 30 foot section and the dirt around a few of the posts was not packed right. The price was pretty good and they did the job the next day after estimate. One of the workers was kind of rude to me after the job was done? all in all I may hire them again but will get more than 1 estimate next time"

He completed my fence under the estimated time and it is incredible quality. He even came back to fix a part of another fence on my property that existed before just out of his own generosity. "For a number of of years we deferred replacing the vinyl siding on our house that was poorly installed and had deteriorated horribly, but after our son and daughter-in-law had their home beautifully redone with Hardiboard siding installed by Craftsmen Home Improvements we knew it was our time. Based on my son’s experience and recommendation, we opted for CHI to install James Hardie siding and soffits and couldn’t be more satisfied with that decision. The work crew (Ray and Luis Nava) were fantastic in all ways; communication, skill and workmanship. They worked tirelessly and efficiently(even in some harsh winter temperatures) and always informed me of issues they encountered with our somewhat “wonky” house 😏 that they addressed with proper solutions. The end result is a stunning transformation of our house that only disappoints us that we didn’t do this sooner! Thank you CHI and especially Ray and his team!"
