"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. Showed up was kind and courteous. He did a basketball ball court for my boys. Told me to stay clear for a couple days and he came out and took the ropes off and it was all good to go. I learned a lot about elevations and grading from Richard as he patiently walked my property with me on numerous occasions. Crews arrived on time as scheduled every day until jobs were completed. They were very courteous and hard-working. They installed French drains and a berm. They also did adjustments to grading and corrected faulty work done by previous companies. "We had a small issue with the original date of installation as two of their crew were out sick. Chris the supervisor actually came to start the work that same day and it was finished the next day. They had to cut out the old tile and drywall and replace it. The job was not simple as it involved cutting colored tiled and having to match the pattern on the ends of the wall. They did tremendous work and I would definitely call them again when I decide to do my bathrooms.
