"Pavescaper was fine. I guess I got what I paid for. It didn't wowed me at all but I think in terms of the responsiveness and they delivered on what the promise was. I don't know if I will utilize his service but at this point, he did deliver. He contacted me right away and the I think by the time we did schedule with my travels and all, it was about two weeks that he came. I think they are very responsive in terms of when you ask a questions or when I would inquire on things, very good communicators and he made sure that if he left me a voice mail, he would also follow it up with an email."

They came out, verified the circuit board was partially damaged. Instead of replacing the board at an approximately 500.00 dollar cost, they were successful in re-programming the device and using the existing board by re routing the input lines to other data ports.
