"I called Mr. Crabtree about looking at my dishwasher which had begun leaking water.  Although his company van with all his tools and equipment was being repaired, he came out on Saturday to help me out.  After looking at the dishwasher and discovering the leak was not repairable (I agreed), Mr. Crabtree visited the local big box store to look for a replacement dishwasher.  He found a reasonably priced one, which turned out to be on sale with my big box store card, that he recommended because of his personal experience.  He worked with me on the purchase so I could get my personal discounts, etc., loaded it in his personal vehicle and took it to the house.  During all of this Mr. Crabtree took a lot of his time selecting, staying through the purchase and loading the dishwasher without charging extra.  The installation went well, he tested the dishwasher and hauled off the old one, doing his usual excellent job of cleanup.  We are extremely happy with the dishwasher he recommended.  Mr. Crabtree has become our go-to person for all our handyman needs."
