"First, the sales representative, Jaime, was exceptional. Very helpful in selecting the granite countertops and laminate flooring. We also needed some carpentry done to our kitchen. He suggested a person, who also did a perfect job. The granite countertops were installed last week. Travis and Zach were marvelous. Very professional and thoughtful to our needs. They did a wonderful job. Such craftsmanship. They were on time and cleaned up when they were finished. Last Thursday and Friday we had laminate flooring installed. Steve, Erik and Larry were just great. They removed our old carpeting and pad. They installed our laminate flooring. They did a wonderful job. Just beautiful. They were on time and cleaned up upon completion. They even stayed late (Friday afternoon) to help us move our heavy furniture. Very much appreciated. "From day 1 it was a night and day experience. They actually showed up, so they were already off to a better start. Worked with the city and structural engineer to ensure safe completion of structural work, worked with me on layout and design. Work area was always tarped off to avoid dirtying up the rest of the house, and the worksite was so clean I wanted to hire them as housecleaners afterwards. Very respectful of our property and time, and our money. There were a couple change orders, and I was on the front of them every time- I knew what was going on, I was able to make decisions on which way I wanted to go with things. There was constant updates and communication, they were always willing to meet me onsite to discuss progress. Their subs were great as well. I had a lot of changes and additions I made during the project and they were happy to accommodate. I was never in the dark on anything- always knew where my money was, if there were delays, if we needed to change or update something. We've already engaged them on another project. I absolutely love these guys and would recommend them to anyone. They saved my house. I was ready to walk away from the stupid thing and now it's coming together as the dream house I hoped it would be. "QWC installed laminate flooring, bathroom tile and replaced our baseboard trim. Zach was very approachable and easy to get a hold of with questions or concerns. Our 1000 sq ft project took a total of 5 days. The price was significantly less than other competitors which made us hesitant at first but we would definitely use them again for other projects. They were receptive to criticisms and very professional. For example, there were parts of the laminate that were unlevel or tile that didn't have grout around them. They quickly fixed the problem. The quality was good. Towards the end, the trim work had a few imperfections which is why I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 for quality. Otherwise I would highly recommend for any laminate or tile project."
