He is exceptionally knowledgeable in all chimney-related matters and provided almost-daily progress reports to document the work his crew was performing. His communication was exemplary, and he was responsive to our questions/concerns, all of which he promptly addressed. "Tom and his crew repaired our crumbling brick chimney and cap. They were professional, quick, and the work looked great at the end. They did have an issue with the cap partially washing out prior to setting due to a surprise torrential downpour, but they returned the next day and fixed the issue. I would hire them again."
