"1). I contacted a lot of Angie's list cement contractors to replace our old sidewalk and got bids from a half a dozen different contractors. Tony the owner of Form and Pour provided a timely free quote. His bid was a lot lower than most of the other bids. 2). He had very good references 3). Additionally he was willing to re-do my landscaping (remove old plants, raise the grade, plant my new plants and haul in new rock at a very low additional price 4). After selecting him to do job, he committed to starting the job in about (3) weeks. He actually was able to start and complete the work ahead of that time! 5).
