"They came right away and sucked out 4 inches of water, left a huge dehumidifier and blowers, hauled away my wet stuff, consulted on what could be saved, let me know what to do for insurance, and then came and cleaned the basement (unfinished cement basement) completely with a powerwash. They were responsive, fast, efficient, thorough, professional, sympathetic, and friendly. They worked late into Saturday night, hauled my stuff away on Tuesday, and finished on Friday with the powerwash. I would recommend to anyone. I can't say enough positive things about how they turned a disaster into manageable problem. Superb service and staff."

It was okay. I think that it was a good price for the work that they did. I would say that they did a good job. I have an off-white carpet. They came out when they were scheduled and I do not recall any problems. I do not know if I would use them again."
