"Overall the projects went well and we are pleased with how things look and seem to be functioning. As can happen in life there was some miscommunication, specifically regarding the gutters, but Montell Construction was great at working through that with us which speaks highly of them, I think. Our only criticism would be about cleanliness. The rooms that had access to the attic had a solid film of insulation over everything after that was installed and took some time to clean. We ended up cleaning a lot of roof debris that fell through a vent in our kitchen multiple time even after we made the crew aware of what was happening. We also spent an evening cleaning up our yard of roof debris about a week after the project. Granted most of it was smaller stuff but it was still somewhat disappointing. So criticism aside, every person I interacted with was very friendly and professional. They were extremely accommodating to our schedules when it came to meetings and were always available for communication. Pricing seemed very fair for the amount of things we had done. We are pleased with quality of the product used for the roof, research suggested it was good stuff. The house and garage look very nice. I would recommended them and would use them again.

Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Aiden also followed up with me personally to see if any leaks had occurred since the repair. None have occurred which is great!
