The only criticism I can make is I wish the clean up would have been better. I've been finding big chunks of concrete and pieces of metal all over the yard from the chain link fence they removed. Overall it was a great job!"

Keep in mind how impressive this is due to the fact that we had two gates installed, a front fence on both sides of our house, and the remaining perimeter of our decent sized backyard. Once the fence was finished being installed, the workers had cleaned up all of the trash and it was like they had never been there! Except for the fact that we now have a beautiful, new fence to adore. We would hire Straight Forward again in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!"

"Very well done.  Old windows were cleanly removed.  New windows were sealed on the inside with clear caulk and finished with new wood.... and on the outside he masoned concrete to seal between the window frame and the surrounding brick wall.  He cleaned up all debris.  Jerry is pleasant and we plan to hire him to install several new interior doors that need to be fit onto the existing door frames."

"I originally hired Lucas fencing in 2014 to install a six foot privacy fence . That went smoothly, price was reasonable, and job was completed in a timely manner. Now, three years later there was some damage to the fence I believe caused by bad weather and the ground settling . I called in July 2017 and the call was returned. I explained to Mr. Lucas what the issue was and that I wanted to get the fence fixed as I have a small child and a dog, and was afraid the panel would come out. He told me someone would be out by the end of the week, no problem. Well, no one came. I have called four more times since July and left messages. No one has called back and I now have to find someone else to do the work. I have had several people ask who did my fence, but I won't recommend them based on the fact when there is an issue they don't get back to you. Very disappointed ."

They also installed the posts for the shadow box fence. #2: A 3 man team built the shadow box fence. They also built a 5’ shadow box gate on site. Both groups worked like a well oiled machine. "Work quality is good, but the fence is in the wrong spot. The sales representative and workmen were very thorough and friendly. On the day of the installation, I was given three separate messages; that the fence couldnt be placed, that the fence could be placed if alterations were made, and that the fence could be placed if the workmen rented a tool from Home Depot (2 miles away). I agreed to pay extra for the tool rental. I found out later that the fence was placed between 3 and 4 feet from my rear property line and the extra tool was not rented. I was given a quote to move the fence, but when I had the money to pay for the work, I was told that the company no longer serves my area. I am required by my township to maintain the 200-300 square feet that is isolated on the opposite side of the fence, so I will have to pay someone else a much higher rate to move it."
