"Phil arrived on time. He walked us through the house and the garage and identified safety issues, items that would need immediate repair, or repair sometime in the near future, areas where drainage would need to be improved, and also pointed out the pluses of the home. He took pictures of all items of concern. He identified that the roof was not 10 years old as stated in the disclosure, but actually 20+ years old; he also pointed out that the electrical panel was a known fire hazard manufactured by a company that had been shut down by the government many years ago. He placed a radon test in the basement, and instructed the home owner with regard to the radon test process.
Phil wrote up his reports thoroughly and included pictures of things that were mentioned, and got them to us very quickly. We had questions, and he was readily available to us for conversations.
We would recommend Real Pro, and we would use their services again.

"Jarred was super thorough and took his time to explain everything as we went along. He was even early for the appointment! He was also very quick to return the report...we finished the inspection around 6:30pm and I had the report in hand by 8:45am the next day. The owner even came out as well to complete the oil tank sweep so we could have all services performed in one appointment. Awesome company and soo easy to work with! Would definitely use again."

"Ed Martino was a true professional from the first contact.  He was wonderful to deal with, arrived early on the date of the inspection and even brought snacks for us.  He began his inspection on the outside of the property documenting the basic information for the house and before proceeding inside the house, he put on protective shoe covers to protect the floors.  Ed spent the time necessary to thoroughly evaluate all of the systems of the home - he even let me shadow him, taking the time to explain issues that came up and answer my questions along the way.
Ed mentioned that he would be unable to test the A/C units (4 in all) on the original inspection appointment because the overnight temperature was too cold to safely operate them.  He did however offer to come back to collect his Radon sampling system later in the week and at the end of the day so that the units would have had time to warm up so that he could complete the evaluation for them.
His reports was very detailed and well documented with pictures that illustrated all of the issues that he noted.  The home inspection and radon reports were received in a very timely manner.
He and his report were very informative.  Thank you Ed for a GREAT experience.
