"It went beautifully.  I especially appreciated Artur's patience with tinkering over the exact stain color.  He just kept mixing and remixing until it was just right.  The floor looks gorgeous and we couldn't ask for anything more.  We didn't want to put furniture back on it for some time.

They refinished the dining and living room flooring (420 sqft) to match our hall hardwood flooring , They installed new dining and living room base boards, a new sliding hall pocket door, a new coat closet door, and new door trims. His subcontractor who repaired cracks and 50 years of damage to the walls and ceilings and then painted all the walls, doors and ceilings also did a fantastic job. "The installation was done very well.  The crew took their time and made sure everything was done right.  It looks excellent and meets the flooring int he adjoining rooms perfectly.  The price was very good.
The initial communication was a little unusual.  We communicated solely through Angie's List email even though I provided my personal phone number and email.  It was just new for me to communicate that way.  It worked out fine and everything was done to our satisfaction.
