"I had a great experience from start to finish with this company. <br /> It started when they were able to see me next day, which I had to call the morning of due a work conflict and they were friendly and were able to reschedule me to the next day - which is hard this time of year. <br /> The technician (Marc) showed up on time, and was very friendly.  He took a look at the sink and took his time to explain to me the problems that he saw.  He explained that the work appeared to have been done by someone who was not a plumber, and that it would be best to replace a few other components.  He asked is the water running slow generally, which it was, and explained that was due to the improper setup of the drain.  He explained that he would try to use any good parts to reduce cost. <br /> As luck would have it, our disposal decided to start making a weird noise the day before and I asked if he could take a look.  He took a quick look and a few minutes later came back with the turkey thermometer that was stuck in the blade.  (He did not charge us for this which was nice!) <br /> After he was done, he showed me what was done, and demonstrated there were no leaks and the improved speed at which the sink now drains - it has never drained that well in the 2 years we have lived here.  It has no problem keeping up with the water running at max.  The bathroom was left spotless and just as clean as it was before. <br />"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"George helped me with finishing a 203(k) after my first contractor abandoned the project. George had to do a bunch of different projects to finish off the rehab. for those familiar with 203(k) getting the cash can be difficult. we also ran into problems with the historic district causing George to have to do extra work to find a suitable window. Aside from the windows, George built a new bathroom after I had gutted the old. As well he had to do installation of fixtures in two other bathrooms and some plumbing repair of the main water and drain lines. As well there were some other small projects that needed completion. George was great the whole way through."
