"For a number of of years we deferred replacing the vinyl siding on our house that was poorly installed and had deteriorated horribly, but after our son and daughter-in-law had their home beautifully redone with Hardiboard siding installed by Craftsmen Home Improvements we knew it was our time. Based on my son’s experience and recommendation, we opted for CHI to install James Hardie siding and soffits and couldn’t be more satisfied with that decision. The work crew (Ray and Luis Nava) were fantastic in all ways; communication, skill and workmanship. They worked tirelessly and efficiently(even in some harsh winter temperatures) and always informed me of issues they encountered with our somewhat “wonky” house 😏 that they addressed with proper solutions. The end result is a stunning transformation of our house that only disappoints us that we didn’t do this sooner! Thank you CHI and especially Ray and his team!"

"Amazing experience. Everything from getting the very detailed bid from Kurt so we were clear on what to expect, to the crew that painted our house, was excellent. Communication with Clider the crew leader on what was going to be happening each day was great and it really all went as planned. They were helpful in choosing stain and paint colors too which I really appreciated. Everyone on the team was experienced and meticulous. They spent a lot of time prepping, which makes for a great paint job. I would say they went above and beyond. The work site was always cleaned up at the end of the day and everyone was very respectful. They also have a parternship with a great carpenter who came first and replaced some rotten trim. "Was very pleased with the overall result of New Again. I submitted dimensions and pictures over the website and received a very competitive quote. After stripping the deck there were a few more boards where some rotting was identified and Barak and his team replaced them promptly. Stain looks great and made an immediate difference. I had been contemplating if my 20 year old deck was too far gone and needed replacing... but after seeing what Barak could do with stripping the old paint off, replacing some bad boards, and staining... I'm very glad I chose to do this rather than replacement."

After building a new house last year, we decided to work with Timberland on the landscaping since we wanted a water feature and more specialty items than the standard package from the builder. Design: Perfect for the space and met all of our requests. Work quality: high, patio was meticulously done, fabric under all landscaping near the house, great thought and planning as to water drainage to protect the house, very knowledgeable team. "Generally, the job went well and we are very happy with the finished product. We did have some issues with the electrical subcontractors doing an installation of an external flood light incorrectly and a misunderstanding about the pouring of cement to adjoin our neighbors' driveway. In the end and as a whole, I think they did a nice job and I love our new garage. I would hire them again."
