"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Received a fair bid and signed contract. BJ's men were timely, skilled, on time, and keep the house as clean as possible. Demolition went quick. They had to remove 2 floor drains and relocate one for the new shower. Remove old window and install new one. Tile man was highly skilled and did a great job. Whole job took about a month, but 2 weeks of that was waiting for the custom glass. Shower came out great and could not be happier."
