Removal of old counters and install of new countertops and undermount sinks were done quickly and carefully so no damage to surrounding walls and cabinets. All cuts to the new granite for sinks and fixtures were precise so everything fit perfectly with existing cabinets. The new granite looks fantastic! Luis and his team were professional and courteous. "Real Rating: 4.5 We used LFM to remodel our house, including our kitchen and main bathroom and closet. They also installed new floors, painted walls, removed popcorn ceilings, and updated the guest bathroom. We unexpectedly had to replace all of the wiring and insulation but those kinds of issues can be expected when you remodel a house built in the 70's. We worked with Arie and Justin. We used the WhatsUp app for communication, which was helpful. There were some challenges with communication; however, once those got resolved, things went smoothly. The crews worked hard and did beautiful work. Justin was awesome and brought some thoughtful touches to the project. We appreciated his support."

"Charlie from Procrete is truly a great person to deal with. When I was looking to redo my back patio, I contacted several contractors. I was impressed with Liron, who works for Procrete. She was very knowledgeable about colored stained concrete. I initially didn't know that Liron was a lady, but when she showed up. My initial reaction was skeptical, but after she started talking details on the project, I found her more knowledgeable than many other contractors who presented much higher bids and didn't give me confidence. Liron was clear about the demo, rebar size and placement, preparation, concrete psi, concrete base color, second color, and then final seal. Before the job started, Charlie came to the site, explained everything. Measured, told me exactly where the concrete saw cuts will be and where he will apply extra sand to protect against a crack. Anyhow, the job was completed exactly as described, and when the forms were removed, they applied a colored"

"so pleased with mr martinez and associate. they were neat, clean about their work and well organized. actually did a more professional job than the builder of the house. they turned the rain run off opposite direction with no interference. the rose planter and front door was spared from being flooded. started early 7:30 and chipped old cracked and pitted strip away down about 2 -3 inches with a well working electric tool. then did rebar securely as my car is 4100 pounds to drive over daily several times. then they cemented strip with matching cement to driveway. while leveling constantly using balance measure for certainty of rain flow direction. today 1 hour rainstorm and run off worked perfectly. reasonable price and quality workmanship. better than most. they blessed this house and me. accomplished tuesday picture after 1 hour rain today Thursday 2 days later and not dry yet. still a little dark. no more cracks and holes neat & clean."
