"Very professional, easy to work with, and were able to get the metal roof to upgrade through their financing. The guys took a little longer than what was expected but there was some woodwork they had to fix so not complaining. The clean-up was not as sharp when they left but it was late and dark so I called Rene and the next morning the guys were out with magnets to roll through the yard. When I was interviewing Roofers, Darryn, came out and not only did he give me a free estimate, but he walked me through the whole process of replacing the roof and help me understand how my insurance company would handle the claim. He gave me the facts and no pressure, which I so much appreciated. He was here the whole time while the roof was being replace to make sure NO short cuts were taken. If I had any questions and called he was the one who answered (which is so rare these days) or if I sent a text or e-mail he would respond so quickly it blew my mind. Not only does my roof look great, but his customer service was excellent, which is so rare to see these days. Roofers have such a bad reputations, but Duration roofing squashes everything bad about roofers.
