"Al was very communicative from the start (heard back within an hour or so) and we got things rolling very quickly. We had some click in vinyl plank that we needed installed upstairs in three bedrooms and a hallway with some floor leveling. They were able to get things done in two days and the results are absolutely amazing! We also had them install ceramic tile in two bathrooms which also turned out beautifully. Overall, I would absolutely hire them again to get a job done quickly, smoothly, and with great results! The price was right - as we only paid $2300 for floor leveling in spots, and an entire floor's worth (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & a hallway) of new floor/tile installation. Would book them again in a heartbeat!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. Garry's company worked with me about a year ago through a replacement of carpet on stairs and a loft with hardwood to match my existing hardwood..  I also replaced carpet in 3 bedrooms.  Garry personally worked with me on the carpet selection and I have been absolutely satisfied with the carpet he recommended and it's installation.

The replacement of the carpet with hardwood on the stairs required subflooring to be installed on the stairs before the hardwood could be laid.  My hardwood design is complicated by varying widths and lengths of planks.  I was quite worried about how the stairs would come out with the addition of the subfloor and the complicated layout of the hardwood.  I was and continue to be thrilled with the results.

Garry was very patient when the flooring arrived and I realized that I had spec'd the wrong floor.  Obviously this threw his schedule off considerably.  But he and his crews reacted professionally and patiently.

"An excellent job.  Patrick helped me find samples of wood I like and we ended up using a handscraped walnut which has been both beautiful and durable.  We looked for our own tile at various local suppliers and had him install it in the kitchen and bathrooms.   We put in porcelain tile which is also terrific.
The job was professionally done and at a competitive price - what more can you ask for?
