We looked at doors on his phone, but the images were too small. He said he?d send photos later but didn?t. Instead, he called me at 8:00 AM the next day from Lowe?s the day of install asking me to choose a door, then said he couldn?t do the job that day. I ended up finding a $995 door myself. He asked if I?d put it on my card, then said he?d use his. We rescheduled, but he delayed again and showed up the following day with a helper who did most of the work. It could?ve been a half-day job. The work was fine, but the bill included unexpected charges, pickup, disposal and even installing hardware. That should?ve been discussed upfront."
